I baked, photographed and created these printable gingerbread gift tags free for you to download and use with your presents if you would like.
Using my trusty gingerbread recipe I made some gingerbread biscuits to photograph and make into Christmas gift tags to use on our presents this year. This baby reindeer is definitely my “hero” biscuit. How cute is it?
I scoured the internet last year looking for a baby deer cookie cutter. It took quite some time and I was so excited when I finally found one and ordered it. The problem was that in the busy postage time of Christmas it didn’t arrive until after Christmas! I was disappointed but I knew when I put it away in the cupboard that I would be so excited the next year to use it.

There are 4 baby deers to a page and I print mine on 200gsm thin cardboard that will go through my printer (bought mine from Officeworks). Then just cut them out leaving a white border around them and punch a small hole in one of the ears to thread some ribbon or string though to attach to your gifts.
They look especially sweet with brown paper wrapping. I have the dolly dress I knitted all wrapped up inside here.
It’s not a good idea to wrap presents too early in our house as we still have little ones who can’t keep their hands off them so I haven’t done all my Christmas wrapping yet. It won’t take long now that I have my gift tags sorted. Have you wrapped all your presents yet?
